I came across an interesting article shared on Twitter. Flummoxed by Failure - or Focused? Can our own attitudes towards learning play a large role in our children's lives from a young age?
An interesting article written by The Wall Street Journal's Ken Bain explores this subject matter.

The Mercedes-Benz Stroller Concept
A young Hungarian student designer Árpád Takács,
studying industrial design at the Hungarian Moholy-Nagy University of
Art and Design, has now designed a functional piece of art dubbed as the
Abeo baby pram concept for Mercedes-Benz Style, a unique styling
division comprising not only transport-related products, but also
furniture and lifestyle products and industrial design.
Understanding that mothers belly is the best place for a baby, Árpád Takács has designed the Abeo baby pram with a flexible saddle function to truly give a mother’s belly like secured and comfortable atmosphere.

What do you think?

Pitti Bimbo Summer 2012 Kids Designer Fashions
We will share with you several of the children's fashion brands appearing in this years Pitti Bimbo fashion shows. We will take you right to the runways to preview each collection as it is unveiled. Take a look at Miss Blumarine 2012 collection.
A soft and precious season. Dresses of taffeta and balloon-skirts made by nuanced tulle that enhance prints with fine details and embroidered with sequins calla lilies. The trench coat is created with lace, in a wardrobe that loves the overlapping and unique pieces such as small embroidered shawls. A romantic inspiration features the safari theme, reinterpreted in a dreamy way: on the light white of desert and on the reflections of the sand that color the cotton boucle, gold thread and tinsel textures weave themselves for clothing and tutu skirts, little cardigans and blouses with puffed sleeves.

Why Women Still Can’t Have It All
It’s time to stop fooling ourselves, says a woman who
left a position of power: the women who have managed to be both mothers
and top professionals are superhuman, rich, or self-employed. If we
truly believe in equal opportunity for all women, here’s what has to
change.

Lavin, Luxurious Summer Collection For Girls
Its a Boy!! No, Its a Girl!! no I am not speaking about that famous surprise. I am referring to the big no I mean little surprise designer Lavin revealed during its summer 2012 collection. Lavin for The Little Ones.
How delightful and chic to be spotted in this label, especially if you are six or seven or eight years old. Since I am a big fan of the Victorian era I immediately spotted a splash of Victorian elegance imbued in this collection. Take a look at the little lady in the last picture holding a bunch of balloons, isn't her dress oh so Marie Antoinette?
Which look do you prefer?
Thank you Lavin
